Orders are shipped for free from our Melbourne retail store or warehouse. Depending on your location it may take up to one week to arrive. All orders are traceable and require signature upon delivery. In the case that no one is available to accept the goods at your delivery address, a notice will be left at the door for you to bring and pick up the parcel from the designated post office.
Next Day Dispatch
We endeavour to ship your order within 1 business day after your order. In the unlikely event of us not being able to supply the item, we will notify you immediately. You will only be charged once an item has shipped.
Currently we do not ship products outside Australia.
We inspect all products prior to shipping, and would like to give you the following quality guarantee:
Both lenses are free from scratches and deterioration;
All hinges are firm and secure;
Slight alignment differences between two temples is acceptable;
No chips and scratches on frames - please note that hairline scratches may be present on some hand-finished frames.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If the problem is not major, we reserve the right to repair the item. We may also need to consult our supplier for an assessment of the problem to determine to appropriate course of action. This will be completed within a reasonable period of time.
Change of Mind Returns
In addition to your rights as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, and all other relevant regulations, you can return the item for an exchange and/or store credit within 14 days from purchase. The returned item must be in its original, unused condition. It must also include all original packaging, tags and accessories included with your purchase. Please note that no refunds or partial refunds are given for change-of-mind returns. If the item you choose as the replacement has a lower value than the originally purchased item, the difference will be issued as a store credit (gift voucher) to you.
How to Return Your Item
If you purchased the item from our retail store, you can return your item in store with your proof of purchase (e.g. your receipt).
Only item purchased online can be returned by post. Please email us for a Return Authorisation Number and follow the instructions provided.
Please always use a secure postage service as we cannot accept returns of any product lost or damaged during transit. You are responsible for the return postage cost if the return is due to change of mind. We will refund the return shipping cost if the goods are returned due to manufacturer defects.
